Upon James’ call to the bar in 1991, he opened his own law practice. Through an immense amount of courage, passion, dedication and perseverance, he built his practice, loyally served the public and established a solid reputation for his legal work, skill, compassion and advocacy. James is the founding member of Jagtoo & Jagtoo and has in excess of 17 years of experience in the areas of employment law, family law and civil litigation.
James appears before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, Family Branch and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His clients include individuals, entrepreneurs, charities, not for profit organizations and corporations in Toronto and the G.T.A.
